High Water

Your flat is on a flood-proof level. You can of course stay here just fine during high tide.

Both parking levels are also flood-proof designed, so your car is safe here.

At all times, everyone can safely access or leave the complex across the Promenade via the car park entrances and exits and the main entrance on the ground floor. This also applies to all emergency services in the event of an emergency. Also, the walkway on the quayside has been designed to be elevated.

Digital screens in the lift will give you up-to-date warnings of impending high water. In that case, do not park on the quay.
