Need care or medical attention?
It is no longer possible to make an appointment directly with one of the GP practices. From Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., you can submit medical care questions via an app to the nurses and GPs of the digital care service Medicoo.

The GP surgery also works with Medicoo on weekends from 9am to 9pm. The app is available for all queries. The GP post also remains available by phone for care that cannot wait until the next day. The telephone number of the GP post is 0115-643000.

What is the digital healthcare service Medicoo?
Medicoo is an app you can download on your mobile phone or tablet. The app offers personalised care to patients through live chat and image calling. After a short introduction and answering some questions, you can ask your health question via live chat. A team of nurses and GPs sits ready to answer. This Medicoo medical team provides triage according to professional protocols, gives self-care advice or, if necessary, refers you to one of the practices as close to you as possible.
