How does the television work?

There is a TV connection in all flats. How the television works:

1. Turn on the TV with the TV remote control button TV
2. Turn on the HD box under the TV using the STB button on the remote control
3. There should be a blue light on the HD box
4. Set the TV to the correct HDMI channel if there is no picture
5. You do this with the AV button on the remote control
