Heating
The flats in Pharos have underfloor heating. This is a low-temperature heating system, which means changes in temperature are slower than with radiators. This means that the set temperature is only noticeable after a day. We therefore ask you to leave the temperature of the thermostats at 21 degrees as much as possible and not to adjust them.
The temperature of the living room, bedrooms and bathrooms can be set independently. The living room and bedrooms are equipped with a thermostat with which the desired temperature can be set. In the bathrooms, there are additional electric radiators on which the temperature can also be set separately.
