Internal Rules

To guarantee the living pleasure for you and the other residents, there are some rules for using the flats in Dormio Breskens Apartments.

As a resident, will you take this into account?

• Flats and buildings can be noisy. Limit loud noises such as loud music, TV and loud talking as much as possible.
• Do not let people unknown to you into the building.
• Barbecuing on the balconies is not allowed.
• Please do not hang towels and/or items of clothing over the balcony railing.
• Please do not feed the birds (seagulls) and always tidy the balcony/terrace.

The Owners' Association has created by-laws to ensure everyone's enjoyment of living. We will soon post the main points of the regulations on this page.
