Parking information

Cars can be parked in one of Pharos' parking basements. There are 2 parking decks available, parking deck 0 and parking deck -1. You have access to one of these parking decks, but this depends on where the parking space is located, which belongs to the flat.

The entrance/exit to the respective parking deck works automatically with recognition of your car's license plate. It is therefore important that you give us your registration number in advance, either via the guest login sent to you, or to our staff via e-mail or telephone.

CAUTION: If you did not provide your license plate number, the gate of the car park will not open!

It is important to check in advance on which parking deck your parking space(s) are located. After entering the car park, you can easily recognise the car park by its number.

REMEMBER: Each flat has its own number of parking spaces and it is not allowed to park in another parking space if it is not allocated to you. Other cars can be parked outside next to the building.
